PA to the Executive Team A local authority is looking for an experienced PA to the Executive Team to provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive and Strategic Directors. The RoleYou will provide a professional and confidential support service, including:Managing diaries and appointments for the Chief Executive and Strategic DirectorsMonitoring and managing emails and correspondenceDrafting letters, correspondence, reports and other documentsOrganising meetings, events, visits and travel arrangementsPreparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPointTaking and producing accurate meeting minutesProviding project office support for corporate projectsActing as a key point of contact for Elected Members, MPs, employees, members of the public and external organisationsSupporting the preparation of Cabinet and Council reportsAssisting with Freedom of Information requests and complaintsMaintaining electronic filing systems and handling confidential informationRaising purchase orders and processing/approving payments where requiredProviding administrative support to the Leader and Cabinet Members when requiredAbout YouYou will need:Experience in a senior administrative, PA or executive support roleExperience managing diaries, correspondence and confidential informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlinesExperience producing documents, reports and meeting ..... full job details .....
