Prepare all mise en place on a timely manner, according to the stock preparation schedule.Prepare all dishes according to the recipes, ingredients and portion sizes are accurate based on the Shan Shui Social standards.Ensure all food preparation areas, work surfaces, floors and equipment are kept clean, sanitised and tidy.Assist the Line Chefs with food preparation before/during service.Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods.Ensure all basic cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently and of high cleaning standards.Receive all goods correctly in a timely and organised manner according to the policies and procedures.Organise and store away the goods received in the dry store, refrigeration/freezer as appropriate, and within the required timeframe.To ensure goods are stored in a correct stock rotation manner, first in first out.Adhere to and maintaining cleaning checklists and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and be prepared to work in other departments, or any of the other establishments owned by the Company.Shan Shui Social is Chew On This first Central London offering, its third of the Group.
