Head of Building Services Location: Westminster, London Salary: 85,000 per annum Sector: Facilities Management / Property Employment Type: Full-time The Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Building Services to take overall responsibility for the mechanical, electrical and building services across a high-profile property portfolio in Westminster. This is a senior position within the Facilities Management function, responsible for ensuring the buildings operate safely, efficiently and reliably. You will provide technical leadership across MandE services, planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, lifecycle planning and capital projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders, FM teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you will play a key role in shaping the long-term engineering and building services strategy for the estate. Key Responsibilities You will lead the operational and strategic management of all building services, including MandE, HVAC, electrical systems, BMS and associated infrastructure. You will oversee maintenance delivery, statutory compliance, asset performance and technical standards across the portfolio.
