We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Stratford-upon-Avon on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts experience who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting duties
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain financial records
• Assist with reconciliations and reporting tasks
• Handle general administrative duties within the finance function
• Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes and deadlines

• Previous experience in finance, accounts, or a similar administrative role
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of basic financial processes
• Confident with IT systems, including Excel
• Local to Stratford-upon-Avon or able to commute reliably
• Immediately available to start
