Parts Driver for Automotive Dealership Manchester, M3 Territory: Greater Manchester and Lancashire £24,000 pa Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5pm Renault Manchester seeks an Automotive Parts Driver to join our dealership s busy Parts Department on Trinity Way, Salford (M3). The core duties of this role revolve around providing an efficient delivery and collection service to our parts customer base as well as promoting and up-selling parts, accessories, components and consumables. Deliveries will be carried out in our fleet of branded Renault Trafic or Master vans. Candidates with previous experience as a main dealer parts driver or multi-drop delivery experience with a motor factor firm is advantageous for this role. Preparing for your multi-drop route each day, you will be picking the parts from stock for delivery, ensuring that goods are correctly checked against delivery notes and invoices, packing and loading parts to minimize transit damage, and at the point of deliver that all parts orders are checked by clients before the delivery note is signed. A regular part of the role will include taking cashless payments from customers when delivering, for which PDQ machine training will be provided, and back at the main base you will also be expected to assist with sorting trade orders that have arrived overnight.
