Coordinating a busy schedule of meeting room bookingsEnsuring meeting rooms are well presented and assisting with AVGreeting clients front of houseAnswering callsSupporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks including HR and eventsExpense managementManaging post and booking couriers and taxisOrdering lunches for internal meetings and eventsAssisting with on and off-boarding of employeesMaintaining office information including updates to the portal pageAssisting with ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm!8am-5pm everyday in their beautiful offices! (9-12 month contract)The skills you need to bring
Several years’ admin / Front of house experience in a corporate environment, financial services sector a plus not essential!Strong proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailA passion for providing the best possible supportFlexible with ability to use own initiative
