Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Housing Support Worker to join a Housing Association in the Leicester area on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is community based and requires a Drivers Licence. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred support to individuals with multiple and complex needs. Provide short-term caseload cover during staff absence or increased service demand. Support service users to achieve goals within their support plans. Deliver drop-in sessions, group activities and resident meetings. Encourage independent living skills including budgeting, tenancy management and interpersonal skills. Support residents to access education, training, employment and community opportunities. Essential Skills and Experience Experience supporting people with multiple and complex needs. Ability to build positive and empowering relationships with vulnerable adults. Experience of support planning, outcome monitoring and resident engagement.
