Day-to-day of the role: Manage a full caseload of property transactions from inception to completion with the support of another Solicitor.Conduct legal research and draft various documents related to property law.Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters.Liaise with clients, other solicitors, and professionals involved in property transactions.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.Participate in client meetings and handle negotiations on behalf of clients.Maintain detailed and accurate case files and documentation.
