Fixed Term - IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist - Leeming Bar

Role: IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will work within a small team to deliver an IT infrastructure that is scalable, reliable, redundant and secure for OBFF team members. The role is primarily on-site and will be split between delivering Level 1/2/3 support and implementing new projects.Responsibilities

Level 1/2/3 Support of OBFF 270 end users across our sites.Project management of 3rd parties to implement new services.Lead technical resource on internal improvement projects.Continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure tools and services.Administration of the existing environment.Suggest improvements that will enhance service delivered by the IT Team.Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Language Requirements
