Overview

Our client, London Borough of Haringey, is looking for a Registered Building Inspector to join their team.Responsibilities

Carry out the full range of building control duties including plan checking and site inspections.Hybrid working with site inspections within Haringey; own transport is required.Requirements / Qualifications

Building Control experience (at least 3 years).Local Authority Building Control experience is preferred.Registered Building Inspector with LABC experience.Achieved a BSR Registration Class "2A to F" (not just 2A).Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. plan checking and site inspections.Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey).Transport required for site inspections.Benefits / Remuneration
