The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between project representatives, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, actively identifying commercial opportunities while proactively managing risk.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Governance and Financial PerformanceLead project-level cost and value reporting (CVRs), cost planning, cash flow forecasting, and earned value analysis.Maintain strict adherence to internal commercial processes, governance standards, and JV/Alliance commercial frameworks where applicable.Manage cash recovery, applications for payment, and overall project expenditure in close coordination with site teams.Contract and Risk ManagementAdminister main contract terms, ensuring risks are identified and properly mitigated.Manage end-to-end subcontractor procurement, including tender negotiations, contract letting, valuation cycles, measurement, accruals, and payment certification.Negotiate and manage contract variations, claims, and additional payments with clients and ..... full job details .....
