Overview

As a Retention and Growth Specialist at the Perkbox Vivup Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the renewal sale cycles of a large portfolio of SME and self-serve accounts, as well as identifying and positioning growth opportunities. This role contributes to our growth journey in the world of Employee Benefits. While retaining the client base is essential, you will also focus on true account management by positioning new benefit lines, increasing usage of existing services, and expanding the customer footprint.
