Clients operate across sectors including technology, software, manufacturing, retail, and other consumer-facing industries, with increasing exposure to cross-border work.Your role will involve drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply and distribution contracts, licensing arrangements, technology and software agreements, and high-value service contracts.
