Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional business based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the office team.
  
  
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
  
  
• Responding to emails and handling customer enquiries professionally.
  
  
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  
  
• Processing paperwork and updating internal systems.
  
  
• Filing, scanning and managing documentation.
  
  
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries where required.
  
  
• Supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
  
  
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring records are kept up to date.
  
  

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous administration experience is essential.
  
  
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Able to prioritise workload and work independently.
  
  
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
