Our mission is simple: to empower people to reach their full potential, enjoy the journey, and truly live with purpose.We''re looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers who share our values and want to make a genuine difference in people''s lives.About the RoleBased at our friendly residential home in Evesham (currently a 6-bed service, expanding to 8 beds), you''ll support adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying the activities they love.Your role will include:Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living tasks.Encouraging independence and choice.Preparing meals and supporting household routines.Helping customers access the local community, appointments and activities.Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing.No two days are the same.
