About the role We have an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management Surveyor to join our Stock Condition Surveying Team. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent role covering our locations across the South Coast of England. The overall purpose of the role is to support the delivery of Guinness'' long term Asset Management strategy and development of future investment programmes, by undertaking a programme of property surveys and risk assessments. What we''re looking for We are looking for an experienced surveyor with a proven track record of assessing stock condition and working knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. The successful individual will need to be able to efficiently manage their own workload, taking in to account time and travel restrictions. You''ll be able to demonstrate Essential: Experience of undertaking assessments of buildings including stock condition and HHSRS.Good knowledge of UK housing regulations, legislation and best practice including HHSRS and decent homes standard.Ability to plan programmes of surveys in order to make best use of time and travel.Delivering high quality services to demanding customers.Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.Familiar with a range of applications and Microsoft office.Ability to work successfully in a remote team.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Knowledge of asbestos regulations.Demonstrates the Guinness behaviours.
