With over 20 years of success, the business provides holistic advice to a broad client base including local families, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals, with investable assets typically ranging from £100k to £1m+, and some exceeding £2m.Following a strong period of growth and increased new business, the firm is looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support its advisers and paraplanners across the full client journey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, friendly business with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships across Surrey, Hampshire, and London.The role will involve onboarding new clients, gathering personal and financial information, preparing letters of authority and valuations, conducting AML checks, liaising with product providers, and ensuring all documentation is in place ahead of client meetings.
