We have a very exciting opportunity for a HR and Finance Manager to join a European tier 1 automotive supplier in a new and varied role as they establish their UK operation.You will have strong HR knowledge and leadership experience from within a manufacturing environment, together with exposure to finance activities including budget planning and cost tracking. You will play a key role in supporting both the people and the business in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relationsEnsure legal compliance and implementation of Group policiesAct as a key contact for employees, fostering a collaborative workplace cultureSupport financial activities including budget planning, forecast management, cost tracking, and monthly reportingCoordinate audits, office organisation, and support general plant management activitiesKey Skills and Experience:Qualification in Human Resources3+ years of experience in a similar HR-focused role, ideally with finance exposureStrong knowledge of HR processes, UK employment lawsExcellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skillsProficient in MS Office; experience with HR (e.g., Workday) or finance systems (e.g., SAP)Experience in the automotive sector is highly desirableA proactive approach with experience in establishing HR operations Processing Your Data Bis Henderson Recruitment is a leading ..... full job details .....
