Registered Manager Children s Residential Location: Leicester Salary: £50,000 £60,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a children''s residential home in Leicester. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring children and young people receive safe, high-quality and individualised care. You will lead and develop the care team, maintain strong safeguarding standards and ensure the home remains compliant with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the children''s residential home. Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and child protection. Manage, supervise and develop the residential care team. Act as a positive role model for staff and children. Ensure children''s physical, emotional and developmental needs are met. Oversee care plans, education plans and risk assessments. Maintain safe staffing levels in line with children''s individual needs. Ensure compliance with the Children''s Homes Regulations (England) 2015. Follow safeguarding legislation, local authority procedures and organisational policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Drive continuous improvement and prepare the home for Ofsted inspections.
