Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity of Internal Sales Representative to join our WSA Team.
WS Audiology group was formed in 2019 through a merger with Widex and Signia combining over 140 years'' experience in pioneering the use of technology to help people with hearing loss hear the sounds that make life wonderful! We are active in over 125 markets and employ in excess of 11,000 people worldwide. Our broad portfolio of hearing related products and services generates annual revenues in excess of 2 billion EUR.
About the Role:
The internal sales representative will play a crucial role in generating sales as well as revenue for the company by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in multiple revenue streams. This role will also identify and acquire new customers for the sales teams in multiple channels.
The primary responsibility will be to drive sales through a proactive outreach and excellent customer service, and acting on gaps in the sales trends, to optimise our revenue potentials.
This role will involve working closely with all departments of the WSA business to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

About you:
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information
- Experience working in the audiology industry is highly desirable
- Previously worked in a B2B customer relationship environment
- Strong interest in IT and technical support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to learn complex product portfolios across multiple brands
- Knowledge of WSA product portfolio and software: Desirable
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Case management experience managing own workloads and priorities
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Experience working towards strict KPIs and targets
- Demonstrable skills in Interpersonal Communication, business acumen and self-management
