Job Role-Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist Hours- 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: 31.97 Umbrella Location- It is a hybrid role, so on Wednesday it is our office day at Goscote Centre (WS3 1SJ). The other days are completing visits/home working, although there is the option to touch down in the office daily if preferred.We are specifically looking for an Advanced Practitioner to support the Occupational Therapy workforce across the Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Team within the Pathway to Independence.About the Role- The PEI Team provides Occupational Therapy intervention for adults aged 18 and over, supporting people to maximise their independence and remain safe within their own homes and communities. This may be through the provision of minor or major adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs), equipment ranging from standard daily living aids to specialist equipment, and assessment and intervention relating to manual handling needs.As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key leadership role within the service.
