Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.A large national building contractor with a commercia build scheme in North Leeds is looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Site Manager to oversee the MandE aspect of the project due for completion in summer 2026.Your new roleDay-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:Managing subcontractors, dealing with CPP and RAMS approval for subcontractors, liaising with the client, setting up of site, welfareArea and site cabins, keeping documented site files, delivering pre-start briefs to operatives, dealing with day-to-day site issues, weekly site audits, ReceiveDocuments to log into the site file from subcontractors. Ensure the project is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.What you''ll need to succeedYou will be from a MandE background and have managed multimillion-pound construction projects previously.
