What you''ll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account enquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
You''ll be expected to build rapport with customers, take ownership of enquiries, and ensure every conversation is handled professionally and efficiently.

Role Details

• Pay: -13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
• Location: Birmingham City Centre
• Contract: 12-month temporary contract
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 8:00pm, scheduled in advance to support a busy customer operation.
• Full flexibility is essential, as you''ll be required to work a variety of early and late shifts across the operating hours.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, contact centre, banking or similar)
• Are professional, reliable and punctual
• Take pride in delivering great customer service
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can remain calm, organised and solutions-focused
