One of the UK''s leading Facilities Management service providers is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their dedicated engineering team at a high-profile commercial building in Central London. This role offers the chance to work in a prestigious environment while delivering high-quality building services and contributing to the smooth running of a flagship site.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all plumbing systems and services throughout the building.Perform fault-finding, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial plumbing infrastructure, including sanitary ware, pipework, valves, hot and cold water systems, and drainage systems.Deliver minor installation works, including replacement and modification of plumbing fixtures, pipework alterations, and system upgrades as required.Maintain compliance with water hygiene regulations (L8) and all relevant building compliance standards.Support maintenance of mechanical plant systems and assist other trades (HVAC, electrical) where necessary to ensure smooth operations across the site.Carry out daily plant checks and inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide excellent client-facing service, ensuring a professional approach at all times.Complete compliance paperwork, risk assessments, and service reports accurately and on time.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, safe working practices, and company procedures.Key ..... full job details .....
