Are you a Project Manager looking to take ownership of critical Overhead Lines and Substation infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery? My client is seeking an organised and commercially aware Project Manager to manage cost, quality, safety and programme performance across UK Overhead Line and Substation projects. You will be managing project delivery, liaising with client Project Managers, preparing safety plans, risk assessments and programmes, and ensuring site safety reports are completed. You will also be handling customer queries, costing extra works, managing approved sub-contracts and keeping cost-control systems updated. You will be ensuring projects meet current legislation including HASAWA, NRSWA and COSHH, while supporting and line managing Site Managers and Supervisors. To be considered for this Project Manager role, you will need strong people management, financial, and organisational skills, along with confidence using MS Project, Excel, and Word. Previous experience as an Overhead Linesman is essential, as is current experience working as a Project Manager.
