You will mentor, nurture and develop your team to ensure pride in the work. This role suits someone who drives improvement and believes in best-in-class facilities management.Responsibilities

Lead the team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance and taking corrective actionLead a number of events as Event Manager for NG Bailey throughout the annual stadium event calendarDeliver compliance with the Compliance Policy and statutory requirements across the business unit in accordance with NG Bailey requirementsManage day-to-day operations and small works; provide support during client eventsRecruitment and performance management of the team to uphold company valuesCoordinate the implementation of standard operational processes across the business unitDirect reports: Technical Service Manager, Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Supervisory Team (5 direct reports)Qualifications and experience

Leadership experience on a key client site with passion and enthusiasm for MandEStrong understanding of Maintenance and Engineering and Building FabricAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customersBenefits
