Clinical Lead Nurse 

Week On / Week Off

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a supportive nursing home.

Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 1 week on / 1 week off
Shifts: Day shifts
Supernumerary: Some supernumerary hours included

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety and clinical governance.

Requirements for Clinical Lead Nurse

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Previous nursing home experience
• Experience in a Clinical Lead Nurse or senior nursing position
• Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
• Ability to support and supervise nursing and care staff
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse looking for a full-time position with a week-on/week-off working pattern and competitive pay of £24 per hour.
