Work with children aged 5 to 16 with Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and other complex behavioural challenges to help pupils manage their emotions and behaviour in a constructive and compassionate way.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and psychologists to create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment that encourages emotional growth and academic development.Support students during lessons and help manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner.Contribute to promoting mental well-being and social development for vulnerable young people.Benefits/Opportunity
