About Us:The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a successful charity which provides membership services to serving and retired members of the UK Armed Forces, NATO, Commonwealth, and their families. The Club, which is close to Marble Arch, has 200 bedrooms, extensive dining facilities, and seven Event Rooms which are available for Club members. Our Event Rooms are hired to generate revenue for the charity. The Club operates a number of schemes to provide free breaks for serving members of the Armed Forces.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Conference and Banqueting Supervisor for our bust Food and Beverage Department.The Role:As the Senior Conference and Banqueting Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Conference and Banqueting section within our food and Beverage Department. The Senior Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will lead the Food and Beverage Assistants to ensure all club standards and procedures are adhered to. This is a customer facing role, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are delivered to our guests.The PersonThis role requires excellent customer service skills and is best suited to somebody of a warm and friendly nature. The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role and a proven record of successfully leading a team to deliver high quality services. A good eye for detail is key. This role will require the successful candidate to work varying hours in accordance with the rota, therefore flexibility is required.
