I''m working with a leading residential developer on a major London scheme and they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take ownership of a significant phase of the development.

The wider scheme is being led by a Project Director, with this role sitting underneath them as the project lead for a c.700-unit residential project, alongside a number of associated elements of the wider development.

The project is currently moving through Stage 3 design, so this is a great opportunity to join at a key point and take the project forward through design development, procurement, mobilisation and ultimately construction and delivery on site.

You''ll have responsibility across the full project lifecycle, working closely with the wider development, technical, commercial and delivery teams to ensure the project progresses to programme, budget and the required quality standards.

I''m looking for someone who has already operated at Project Manager level on large-scale residential developments and is comfortable taking ownership of a complex project from the front end through to completion. A strong technical and construction understanding is important, as is the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive a project forward.

This would suit an experienced PM looking for genuine ownership of a major London residential project, with the backing of an established development team and a wider Project Director overseeing the scheme.
