We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team based in Amesbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality standards are met.Assemble, pack, and label products in accordance with specifications.Perform routine checks to ensure all stock is in orderFollow production schedules and meet deadlines.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Assist with inventory management and stock control as required.Follow health and safety procedures at all times.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a production role is an advantage, but not essential.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Basic understanding of health and safety practices.Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change and improvement.Working Hours:8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and 08:30 to 12:30 Friday with no lunch break. 20 Days Holiday, Plus Bank Holidays and additional Christmas shut down If you''re motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a successful production team, we want to ..... full job details .....
