Data Analyst

on a

fixed-term basis . This is a new role that will play a vital part in supporting the People Team’s data needs—especially in relation to licence renewal and organisational planning.What will you be doing?Data AnalyticsMonitor and maintain accurate headcount data via

WorkdayImprove the quality and integrity of HR data through updates and validationGenerate and interpret reports from Workday to support business objectivesProvide insightful analysis of HR metrics to inform strategic HR decisionsSupport talent and performance cycles with data-driven insightsLicence Renewal and SupportProvide accurate, timely data to support Ofgem licence renewal processesRespond to ad hoc data requests across the People TeamSupport general administrative tasks to ensure seamless team operationsReward Reporting and AdministrationContribute to key reporting cycles, including gender pay gap and payroll reportingSupport the salary review process, including data analysis and payroll collaborationAnalyse salary and bonus trends and manage process-critical dataWhat are we looking for?·

2+ years’

experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with reporting/change control duties· Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights· Clear, concise communication skills—especially for non-technical audiences· Proficiency in
