Fault find, diagnose and repair electrical equipment and systems. Undertake electrical installation and repair works where required. Carry out general building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks. Ensure electrical equipment operates safely and to the required performance standards. Monitor contractors and their workmanship when required. Issue Permits to Work and ensure relevant standards and procedures are followed.
