Operations Manager - Fire & Security | Social Housing

We''re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading social housing contractor, managing Fire, Life Safety & Security service and maintenance operations across the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage engineers, subcontractors and engineering workflows.

• Oversee planned, reactive, remedial and small works.

• Ensure contractual KPIs, QHSE and H&S standards are met.

• Monitor performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Support quotations and project delivery.

We''re looking for:

• Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems.

• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams.

• Previous management experience is desirable.

• Social Housing/Housing Association experience is advantageous, not essential.

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Candidates must be commutable to Bromsgrove, ideally from Worcestershire, Warwickshire or the West Midlands.
