The Role - SDR/BDE (Outbound Sales) As a Sales Development Representative/Business Development Executive, you will focus on proactive outbound sales and new business generation within the IT recruitment market.Key responsibilities: High-activity outbound calling to IT hiring managers and decision-makers Generating and qualifying new business opportunities Building and managing a consistent new business pipeline Booking meetings for senior leadership and business development teams Driving revenue growth through structured new business development This is a target-driven SDR/BDE role suited to individuals who thrive in outbound sales and enjoy consistently generating new opportunities.
