Key Account Co-ordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Key Account Co-ordinatorto join our client''s growing team. This role is key to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the delivery of a "world-class" service.You will work closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, meet KPIs, and ensure all work is completed in line with agreed SLAs. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.Duties includeLiaise with schedulers and specialist teams to ensure bookings meet customer SLA requirementsCommunicate effectively with customers, engineers, and subcontractorsManage all activity through the service management systemMaintain accurate records and update customer portals with booking detailsPrepare and send RAMS, permits, and booking documentationSupport permit requests and job progression via internal admin teamsProcess quotes and raise calls for completionOrder parts through the appropriate departmentsProduce weekly performance reports and data analysis (including pivot tables)Skills/ExperienceStrong administrative experience with excellent attention to detailScheduling experienceAbility to work proactively and react quickly under pressureConfident communicator with customers and internal teamsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadsExperience working to KPIs and SLAsHigh ..... full job details .....
