TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer/HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities Location Across Kent and parts of London. Salary up to £55,000/Yr DOE. Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours Working hours 8am to 4pm On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. (negotiable) Extra Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted Your duties will be yet not limited to PPMs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnostics and fault finding Repairs to cooling units and AHU s Rectifying faults found Splits, VRF and more. AC Overdoor Heaters HRU Fan Coils AHU Requirements Full UK License 6 points max. F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified City and Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
