This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.The successful applicant will work closely with the pastoral team, teaching staff and senior leaders to promote positive behaviour, provide targeted interventions, and support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with vulnerable young people who can build strong relationships while maintaining high expectations.
