Our well Established Independent Client are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join in their busy Property management department in Colchester CO1The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore they must be able to manage their own workload and also delegate to others, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Team meetingsMaintenance coordinationImplementing excellent relationships with all contractorsImplement new proceduresHave the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental propertiesBe fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding AST Property ManagementStriving to exceed individual targets and standards.Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunitiesStriving to exceed customer expectationsHandling complaints and providing solutionsMaintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policiesEnsuring compliance and all Property management legislation Supporting the team when required.Section notices 21 and 8Carrying out inspectionsThe Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:Must have at least 3 years'' experience in managing a team of Property Property ManagersMinimum 3 years Property Management ExperienceThe candidates must have intermediate computer literacyExperience with Property Management software packages ALTO - CFPProfessional ARLA - MARLA ..... full job details .....
