Sustainability Consultant- BREEAM Milton Keynes My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Milton Keynes is searching for a Sustainability Consultant to join their friendly team. You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. As a Sustainability Consultant you will be expected to complete;BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases).Ensure documentation is BRE Complaint. Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages throughout RIBA Stages 1-4 from pre-planning to construction phase. You may also have the chance to complete;Whole Life Carbon Assessments.Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick LCA. Sustainability Statements.Energy Modelling.You can also progress to mentor and manage staff. As a Sustainability Consultant you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based close to Milton Keynes as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM New Construction qualified. You will also have experience completing BREEAM Assessments, Whole Life Carbon Assessments and sustainability statements.
