Business development with brands and suppliers, bringing the leading brands on board.Analyse key metrics and identify sourcing gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance.Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios.Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support.Engage with regional and local teams to implement strategies proposed.Qualifications:

Merchandising or buying experience within FMCG and/or related.Deep understanding of consumers, with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise.Established supplier relationships within the FMCG network in the UK.Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organisational goals.What We Offer:
