Registered Service Manager - 50,000 NonStop Care is currently working with a semi-independent service who are looking for a Registered Service Manager in the London area, in this role you will have strategic oversight of 7 supported accommodation services for 16-17-year-olds and above and 2 Step down Provisions. This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.Responsibilities:Maintain Ofsted registration for all 9 homes in line with statutory requirements.Ensure each service consistently meets the Quality Standards outlined in the Supported Accommodation Regulations.Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, responding to any areas for improvement effectively.Ensure you are up-to-date on policies and ensure services operate in line with national guidance, safeguarding frameworks, and internal procedures.
