Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker - SEMH School Area: HX2, Halifax Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Role Overview: We are looking for a resilient, patient and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker to join the school on a full-time, long-term basis. You will support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to manage their emotions, behaviour and engagement within the classroom. Building strong and trusting relationships will be a key part of the role, alongside providing consistent boundaries and positive behaviour support. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in SEMH, SEN, youth work, residential care, support work or other roles supporting children and young people with additional needs and challenging behaviour.
