Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a childandrsquo;s early learning journey£ Supply Desk is delighted to be working with a lovely primary school in Haywards Heath that is seeking aandnbsp;Year 1 Teaching Assistantandnbsp;for a long-term position startingandnbsp;September 2025 through to July 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide consistent support to young learners in a nurturing and engaging environment.

andnbsp;Key Responsibilities:

• andzwj; Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
• andzwj;andzwj; Work closely with Year 1 pupils, providing 1:1 and small group support.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support classroom organisation, preparation, and day-to-day admin tasks.
• £ Promote pupil well-being and encourage positive behaviour.

£andnbsp;Requirements:

• ££ A passion for supporting early years education and child development.
• Ideally some classroom experience, though not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• £ A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
