About the Role:
A thriving and supportive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a KS2 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team from January 2026. The successful candidate will take on a Year 5 class, delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to support SEN, EAL, and higher-ability pupils
• Prepare pupils for upper KS2 SATs and develop independent learning skills
• Assess, record, and report on pupilsandrsquo; progress effectively
• Contribute to whole-school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities

Requirements:

• QTS with recent experience teaching in KS2
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to inclusive education
