OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join Organizabox. This role operates exclusively in plant rooms, energy centres, and commercial heating systems, offering stability, high technical standards, and a supportive environment where engineers are trusted and valued.

LocationLondon (energy centres, plant rooms; no nationwide travel).

HoursMonday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (occasional overtime/call-out on rota basis).

Salary£48,500–£65,000 DOE (up to £70,000 for exceptional candidates) + Benefits.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas systems in plant rooms and energy centres.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex faults on heating systems.

Work collaboratively with the engineering team to share knowledge and support apprentices/junior staff.

Maintain high levels of compliance, safety, and workmanship.

Requirements

ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (minimum COCN1/COCNPI1 or equivalent).

Boosters required.

Minimum 3 years experience in commercial plant room environments.

Strong mechanical knowledge beyond gas appliances.

Full UK driving licence.
