Due to business expansion, ongoing projects and future plans, the Head of Tax is looking for a Senior Manager to join the team to look after the International Tax affairs of the Group across Europe. My client offers extremely flexible working arrangements, boasts low staff turnover within the Tax team and an opportunity to learn and progress your career.Your new role You will:Provide senior level support to the Head of TaxHave primary responsibility for the management of corporate tax matters across the UK and Europe.Manage tax risk across European jurisdictionsDelivery of the UK and European corporate tax compliance and tax disclosures for the group''s businesses (liaising with outsourced compliance service providers)Maximise corporation tax reliefsManage the group''s transfer pricing policy and documentationBe responsible for the group''s Pillar 2 reporting and compliance (and management of outsourced providers)Oversee the preparation of the statutory accounts tax notes and related accountingOwn the risk and control processes across corporation tax, and management of wider European tax risks, including with the support of the existing team, indirect taxes (primarily VAT).Oversee integration of compliance and tax risk processes for acquired businessesMentor juniors on the team as neededGain exposure to indirect ..... full job details .....
