In your role as an Electrician, you will work under the Electrical Supervisor and Contract Managers delivering high-quality industrial electrical installations with opportunities to develop specialist ICA skills. The role requires a proactive Electrician with strong industrial electrical experience and, ideally, with some knowledge of Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) within the water industry. Projects are based throughout the UK and occasional working away from home is required.Key Responsibilities Carry out industrial electrical installations to BS7671.Install containment, SWA, multicore, power, control and instrumentation cabling.Install MCCs, control panels and field instrumentation.Read drawings, schematics and cable schedules.Assist with commissioning and fault finding.Comply with Permit to Work systems and HandS.Complete quality documentation.Support apprentices and maintain excellent housekeeping.
