of LIMS and related pathology IT systems across NHS Trusts and laboratory networks.What You’ll Bring

Proven delivery experience

of LIMS or equivalent pathology systems into NHS settingsStrong knowledge of

clinical and laboratory workflows , including specimen tracking, results reporting, and diagnostics integrationAbility to lead

multi-disciplinary teams , vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-stakes, regulated environmentExpertise in NHS project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworksOutstanding

stakeholder engagement skills —able to influence across pathology labs, clinical teams, and executive stakeholdersWhat You’ll Do

Manage the

implementation and rollout

of pathology software solutions across NHS sites and networksLead stakeholder workshops to capture business and clinical requirements and translate them into delivery plansOversee system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and data migration activitiesSupport change management and adoption strategies within pathology servicesEnsure delivery aligns with

NHS standards, IG protocols, and clinical safety regulations
