This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Senior Quantity Surveyors play a crucial role in maximizing project profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor''s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.

NEC experience working for a UK Main Contractor in Civil Engineering.

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS/CICES) is essential.

Extensive experience in quantity surveying, including a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office suite.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
